Fees and Insurance

My fee is $165 for a 55 minute session. Payment can be made in the following ways:

Out-of-Pocket Payment:  If you prefer or need to pay for services directly, I am able to accept most credit, HSA and debit cards, and can also accept payment through PayPal.

Utilizing Insurance via In-Network Coverage:  I am a contracted provider with PacificSource Statewide Network (PSN), Cigna, Moda and Aetna. I can bill these companies directly for services, after you have paid any copay or deductible as is contracted in your plan. All insurance providers now cover Telehealth services, as directed by new Oregon law.

Utilizing Insurance via Out-of-Network Coverage: If I am not contracted with your insurance company, it is still worth checking in on your insurance plan’s out-of-network coverage. You may still be able to have a percentage of my fee covered by your plan. To save you some paperwork, I am able to submit these out-of-network insurance claims directly to your insurance plan. Typically, you will pay my full fee at the time of service, and then once this claim is processed, your insurance company with reimburse you the portion they are contracted to cover.

What if I don’t have insurance coverage? What if I just can’t afford your rates? I regularly hold space in my practice for reduced fee services, especially for clients whom are eligible for Oregon Health Plan. If this applies to you, let’s talk about what kind of payment might be manageable for us both.
